Ingredients

• (1/3 cup) brown sugar
• (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
• (1/3 cup) whipping or heavy cream
• (1/3 cup) chocolate liqueur
• (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate, divided use
• (1/2 cup ) golden syrup, or Light Corn Syrup
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

In a pan blend together the following ingredients. They are brown sugar, cocoa powder, whipping cream, chocolate liqueur, chocolate (84 g or 3 ounces) and salt.

Cook over medium heat, stirring, until chocolate melts. Let the mixture boil. Then reduce heat to low and leave it for 5 minutes, stirring repeatedly. Remove pan from heat adding the remaining chocolate, butter, and vanilla. Stir until it becomes smooth.

Leave to cool for 30 minutes before using. For the leftover sauce, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. To use refrigerated sauce, reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Place chunks of the brownies in serving glasses or bowls.

Sprinkle brownies with hot fudge sauce. If you want you can scoop ice cream among the glasses/bowls.

Rain slightly with more hot fudge sauce on the glass for more flavor. Top each glass off with whipped cream and then drizzle with hot fudge sauce. Finish with fruits of your choice.

2. Red velvet cupcake

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

• ¾ cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 oz red food coloring
• ½ cup hot water
• 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

• FROSTING
• 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
• 4 tablespoons butter softened at room temperature (do not melt)
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325

In a large bowl mix together sugar and oil until they are well combined.

Beat in eggs until mixture is uniform in color.

Add in buttermilk, vanilla extract, and food coloring.

Mix until well combined.

Mix in hot water and distilled vinegar.

Add flour.

Mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and add to bowl.

Add in cocoa powder.

Mix to combine all ingredients.

Cover like a band the muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Pour ¼ cup of batter into each liner.

Bake to 18-20 minutes or until tops is spongy to touch. (Do not overcook)

Remove from the oven and let cupcakes sit in the pan for 5 minutes.

Place cupcakes on a cooling rack to finish cooling.

Make the frosting by creaming together cream cheese and butter. Slowly add in powdered sugar and beat until creamy.

3. Banana split

Ingredients

2 bananas halved lengthwise

1/2 pint vanilla ice cream

1 pint (sixteen ounces/.454 kilograms of weight) blackberries and washed

1-pint raspberries picked over and washed

Chocolate sauce, store bought or homemade

1 cup peanuts

Preparation
